Man, I cannot catch up with the LTC price ??? I first had a topic asking whether LTC would be 100 USD. It passed it, and I had this topic on whether LTC would be 150, and it is 250 USD now!!!
Here is why I am opening this topic:  LTC above 1000 USD in February 2018?
I don't have a lot of LTC mind you, but even the little amount I have is making an excellent profit.

I think its just a bump to restore its rightful price. Its not going to rise to 1000 USD. There are no news, no reason why it should suddenly be many times more valuable than before.

But I think it will stay in higher value for sometime now. Just like bitcoincash has stayed after its bump.

Currently its already in decline. Might stabilize around 200 dollars.

Oh my god. i still remember the times that it was just 4 usd a few months ago. I cant believe it could climbed that much during this period. Really unbelievable! When we were happy about short time profits, the ones hold litecoin already made x50...

That was in spring. Most coins were dirt cheap in spring. Best ones gave 100-1000 fold returns. Litecoin is no different.

I think ETC is just copying the road of BTC. The more growth and people are in bitcoin, the more money are in litecoin and the price is growing.

i remember that few weeks ago I said to myself 100 dollars is enough i wont buy this coin..and here we are at 250 dollars and 300 to come.

Litecoin has all the features to have a high price: strong community, low supply and a very serious main developer. Also, it has been around for a long time so far.

You're probably only saying this because LTC is on such a run recently.

If the run up never occurred you probably wouldn't be making these types of predictions right now. Let me remind you, these sort of rallies will not be long lived and cannot be sustained at such a quick pace. It'll either slow down, or crash at the end. Probably both.

For this reason, $1k USD per LTC seems very unlikely to me. There is fundamentally nothing useful that LTC has that other altcoins don't have, to be honest.

I think it will top around here-300, theres not THAT much hype to keep it going anymore, and transfers are getting slow now also.

Litecoin has what it takes to stay at its price right now or i agree it will stabilize at $200. $1000 i guess would still be a year long journey for ltc.

No, it's already grown a lot theses days. It needs to correct before continue growing. 1000 USD in feb in unreachable. However, maybe at the end of 2018.

I don't think it can reach $1000 soon. 250 is already a very good price level for LTC. I think it's an extremum for the next six months for sure.

In my opinion litecoin could reach that price but not in februari. We will see some resistence in $500 and i predict litecoin will goes above $1000 in juni or juli. And at that time bitcoin maybe will reach above $30000 this cryptoworld is become adopted every day and more new trader move from forex to crypto trading.

I dont think that it will even pass $500 till february 2018, when there are clogs in bitcoin and eth other alt coin gets to shine in the market but after that clog in the network has been resolve its going to be a hard year again for these coins.

LTC growing fast from few days ago after bitcoin price correcntions and ethereum have an issue,,
but to hit $1000 its too hard i think, but $500 is more reasonable to me

It might be good to buy when it stabilizes though or chill and wait to see where it breaks out to next.

It is possible what we are seeing now are FOMOs, but everything right now in this day and age in the crypto world can be possible. For me, at least with the little I have right now, it is just best to follow the tides to see where the road leads us to and if there could still be any reason to buy more.

I am sure everyone has been astonished about the LTC price right now. It has been a crazy run and $1000 by February 2018 may be possible. It is a shame I am not holding a lot of LTC either, except for just some few that I bought in the past, but at this stage that LTC is showing some pretty good movement. I may have to watch out for the next correction and see if would be a good time to get in.

The price will come with a correction and the price will fall down :)

LTC went up to 360 and then already corrected itself, it is around 290 USD, which reminds me how it kept sideways around 100 USD, then jumped like this. I think it will do another jump as soon as it breaks 300 USD.

The prices of litecoin down again. How it comes to the correction in this time. As far as I can see about litecoin still lost a lot of value in the bitcoin pair. Litecoin gains more and more interest by the traders. Since it has passed iota and there will be a good news coming soon.

Litecoins current popularity is due i suspect to mostly bitcoins
rise and the transaction fees and delays. At the moment litecoin
is attractive in this regard.

I suspect the price will grow if bitcoin gets higher.

I don't think it will get that high until February, but it will be over 500$ most probably, which would still be really good

I do not see any reason why LTC grew in February 2018 to $ 1000. This forecast is more likely for the development of the etherium since it has more prospects for such rapid growth. The price of LTC can grow to $ 400-500 in February.

It is doing some unforeseen development because it is in coinbase with btc and ethereum. I think it will make a couple more jumps.

It can rise a bit and might even cross 500$ in coming couple of months which may be possible when the btc keep continuing rising. Just think if btc prices start falling and reaches 12lk or so will this altcoin rise too.

Also, It may also start falling a bit and 1000$ does not seems to realistic especially if considering 2 months time frame.

3x is not even enough to hit $1,000 for LTC. This is not a dream, but it's hard really. But, I believe it will hit $1,000 before 2019. The potential of litecoin was seen by the whole world.

$1000 in February, anthing is possible but it will be a great leap for LTC, I don't see it hit $500 becuase we are talking of 2 month time when the market IMO will still be picking up

I will be happy because I have some litecoin, but my happiness will be limited by the litecoins I have :)

If LTC go up to $1,000 then ETH would go to $2,500 and this scenario didn't look realistic to me. The better can be constructed as LTC's going up to $500 next year. A more real scneario for it.

For me this is nothing more than a pump forced by the new capitals that have learned how to make easy money through this type of movement. Actually I do not see enough support behind the Litecoin to think that at some point it can reach such a high price.

This is great if LTC would reach $1000 price on febuary. Maybe possible to reach that price because you saw the chart of this litecoin very impressive. Full of suprises!

This is very fast growth for LTC, it is doing great. I never would have thought it would go up to 300 USD after going sideways in 103 for so long :)
