Now the price of bitcoin move towards  16800,so I think the price of bitcoin will move towards 25,000$ at this year end.
The price of bitcoin will reach 20k$ at this year end or 25k$ ??

So what is your opinion about this?

I think the price of bitcoin will reach 20,000$.But 25,000 I was not sure .The price of bitcoin will reach greater than 20,000$ sure. Many had start to inverse in bitcoin rather than altcoin to get short term profit. My opinion is bitcoin will reach more than 20,000$ sure.If you want to get more dollar from investment, you can inverse now.

Having to judge the current circumstances and the time remaining, I think there is a very slim chance for bitcoin to reach 25k dollars by the end of this year. However, given how bitcoin has really pushed the boundaries of surging its value in the last few weeks, anything is possible right now. Even if the surge has actually mellowed down a little bit because bitcoin price has been playing around the 15k mark, there are a lot of possibilities left to be opened, which could help bitcoin continue its soar.

2013 went from 4bn to 16 that's 400% in 1 month, equivalent this time would be 5 to 20, it's possible up to 25k but also possible that peak already happened, then we are heading for 9,7k and bounce to 13-13,5 within a few weeks. 9,4-9,7 might seem like a bargin but 7,7 is waiting few days after.

Bitcoins value really surprised the whole community as it is skyrocketing. Because of this vey fast value increase people starting to estimate the value to 25,000 from 17,000. As for my own forecast, maybe it is possible because in bitcoin nothing is impossible when it comes to its volatility.

It's tried to break resistence at $17,000 several times. My guess is that it won't manage it.

The mempool is still full, which means lots of people who sent coins to exchanges hoping to sell, haven't yet sold. Lets see what happens when the mempool clears.

Witg the price and demand of bitcoin is consistent with 13,000 - 16,000 US dollars I think it's fair enough to say that maximum price that the bitcoin will be up to 20,000 US dollars although bitcoin might surprise may prove me wrong or surprised me yet again. But for the price and demand will not have a dramatic increase until the year ends.

I agreed that there are still a resistance going further than the $16,000 value and if these resistance keeps on getting on the way of bitcoin then it is really unclear that we can land on the $20,000 or $25,000 value for a new All Time High, my guess is that we can have a correction at the mid of December after another further increase in value.

Bitcoin is unstable you are right but bitcoin has shown you in previous week that it can have pump of more than 8k in only one week and presently price is n 17k and this shows that 25k is not that far a single big pump will take price to the 25k but before that an opportunity of buying will come that will attract users to come and invest and after that pump will occur and price will hit to the 25 in coming week obviously.

Bitcoin to 25000$ at the end this year would be an extraordinary step but seeking the current possibilities I think it may sum up to 20000$. However, it had already smashed 17000$ making 20000$ not too far from it. Since Bitcoin is heading further and attracting many with its hike, I believe it would end the year surely with a greater value than ever before...

As we have already reached at the mid of the year end and now the btc prices stand at so what $18000 due to its listing on the exchange of new york and its still growing so $20k seems possible easily by year end as only 12-13% more growth rate is required which btc could easily covered but $25000 i am not sure about that in this year end but later on it will go beyond it.So lets wait and see what happens and what we get at X-Mas as our gift

I'm not really sure if bitcoin can reach $25,000 this year because right now the price is stable at $16,000 and i think maybe it'll only reach $20,000 at this year end. The demand of bitcoin has helped us to reach this price right now.

No it won't. The price is not moving from $16,000 right now and I think it will stay like this until the end of the year. There is also no news about bitcoin, so the price will stay remain. If we get a good news about bitcoin soon like another hardfork in this December, I think it can happen to reach that price.

If any bulk investment happed in bitcoin, I think the price will achieve atleast 20,000$.Because now the price moves to 16700$,So the price of bitcoin will move greater than 17000$ by tomorrow.Nearly 16days is there for new year, so I think it may be a chance for this reach.

Most of the speculators has forecast bitcoin to get to $25,000  before end of this year and bitcoin has been doing good for the past days and many traders are optimistic of taking profit when price get to $25,000. However, $25,000 may not be achieved this year and $20,000 is achievable! I think if bitcoin break  $17,500 areas then we should expect a pump towards  $20,000 before end of this week.

$25000 is difficult to achieve this year. I think $ 20k is possible. by the time the current Bitcoin price has been so successful this year. I hope that the price of Bitcoin end of this year at around 18k- $ 20k

I have some sell orders at $25k and waiting to get it fullfilled I might even move it up if price will move in crazy way just like the pump from $10k to $17k last time. Many are predicting $25k will be easy ATH by end of this year and I also agree on that.

Bitcoin futures will not pour money directly into bitcoin but few traders might use their own money to buy real bitcoin from trading platform so that they can win on their future contracts.

It is hard to estimate the final price of bitcoin by the end of the year due to the huge volatility but i don't think it will pass $20-22k at the best.

Markets have gone damn crazy after Bitcoin going mainstream. This shows the power of media that anything could happen once you get attention of people and the major source of your attention is media. 20k looks reasonable and possible, but 25k still seems parabolic but nothing is impossible here. I never expected these values to be reached too early, but as we are at 16300, I could say that exchanges are not going to meet the demands that have risen at an exponential level and so, increase in value is acceptable.

Of course that it would not, it has increased a lot during the last few months, arent you satisfied enough with the last pump that it had? You are a greedy one.

It does not has to increase more, of course that if it goes up, it would be awesome for all of us.

But more than $16k in just a few months, is HUGE.

The price of bitcoin reached 18,000$ now.There are two weeks to go for years end.2000$ in 14 days is easy to raise. By seeing this value, I was dam sure that the price of bitcoin will reach 25,000 at this year end for sure .But we have to hold with patience to get profit.

Now the time the price of bitcoin is $13000 and from my experience about bitcoin the price of bitcoin will not reach to $25000  at the end of this year because number of days are very less to gain this high amount but this amount is gain at the end of 2018 . But from my estimation about bitcoin the price of bitcoin will gain at the end of this year approx $17000 . But no one sure about the price of bitcoin will it reached or not.

I think that is an exorbitant amount of price, we can see an opportunity that price increases are indeed very likely to happen. But if it is a 20K $ rate then I am a bit pessimistic that it will happen. For me, today's rational increase is likely to be in the range of 1000 $ to  1,500 $ in the past two weeks. The increase is very much expected because usually at the end of the year there will always be surprises that occur. Hopefully it will all be a positive surprise.

Maybe or maybe not. 25,000$ is not a small amount but the present growth rate of Bitcoin is very high .It has already reached 18,000$ that's why the price 25,000$ which was an unachievable target a month ago seems to be achievable very easily .

We are moving pretty slowly now, so I think $20k is the expected value. Even $20k represents a 10% gain in jus5 15 days, so it is nothing to scoff at. The CME futures combined with the existing CBOE futures could provide the boost required to take Bitcoin over $20k.

Price bitcoin will be increase $20.000 in this year. Because people are also thinking about buying bitcoin in the near future.

I feel like the increase in rate of Bitcoin has been slowing down lately. Compared to the rates when it hit $15,000, it was able to even increase further to $16,000 in a span of hours. With it's rate gradually progressing, I think that it will only reach $20,000 by the end of the year. Unless the volatility will suddenly change path, then $25,000 will still be achievable. With it's slow phase, I really think that it will only reach $20,000 by the end of the year.

I am not sure bitcoin will reach $ 25 k in the end of year, recently bitcoin price did not change significantly but I think it possible to reach 25000 $ in January 2018.. for me, bitcoin is difficult to predict, I hope bitcoin will reach $ 50 K in the end of 2018..

Instead of looking at short time frame charts, open the YTD chart and you'll see how mad the recent increase really is. Or you simply don't care about how much we gained already because you entered at close to current levels, which would kinda explain your way of thinking. It seems that it is a general thing that people only care about how the market performs from the moment they bought themselves into Bitcoin. Everything before doesn't seem to have any sort of importance anymore, which is quite a twisted form of logic, but that's the common reality amongst most of the people here it seems.

From my standpoint, we can really surpass $25,000, it will just a matter of time. From the time the OP writes this thread, the price of bitcoin is $16,800 now it already touches $18,000. So it's getter closing, maybe a fair assessment is $20,000 at the end of the year. We need to have a fresh new investors who are more willing to put millions to be able to push to $25,000, but I don't know if we can do it, actually $20,000 for me is getting nearer so let's say we should target that first and possible $25,000 January 2018. CME bitcoin future offering is just a few days away, this might push the price to go to $20,000 at the end of year. It's gonna be exciting to finally see one day the price getting to that levels. But for now, we need to have a lot of patience and the best thing to do is to hold.

$20k is a number that I see thrown around everywhere, so I guess people will buy until it reaches $20k and then take profits of the table causing a dip.

This will be happening next year. but bitcoin already touched another new all-time high after the people are realizing about the bitcoin futures contract hype. It's so difficult as you say because of the bitcoin as the major cryptocurrency. And remember that was the brain of the crypto in my opinion.

The price today had surpassed 18000$ thereby making 25k not too far from here. It's about to cross 20k in the coming few days and making it, even more, closer to the 25k milestone. The condition is quite unpredictable as anything could happen right now, it may climb up to that height before the year's end or may not as we are still two weeks away from the new year...

That's correct and I think there will be some kind of dip in price when the mempool is clear but bitcoin will reach $20,000 before the end of this year though.

we have already reached $ 18650 and it is still increasing, until next week we can reach $ 20,000 if we do not have any bad news, something like "Donald Pump goes crazy and attacks northern korea and he decided to ban bitcoin to prevent that North Korea use bitcoin to buy groceries"hahaha, You never know what these politicians can decide

Already,bitcoin price has reached $18,760 today.With almost two more weeks for the year end,$20,000 price will be easily reached.If bitcoin price continues to move in this bullish trend,$25,000 price may seem to get reached in the last week of this year.Already CBOE has listed bitcoin futures in the exchange on 10th december.CME listing bitcoin futures on 18th december would definitely boost bitcoin price more.

I was thinking that people will sell their Bitcoin in order to get presents to parents, girlfriends etc. But it seems like they are presenting Bitcoin to them and even they are buying Bitcoins. I just hope it'll double in a year or so because I see huge potential.

Bitcoin is the present this year. People will buy bitcoin to GIVE it to people!

Before the year, $20k is more possible rather than $25k target. Because the demand is not that extreme levels at the moment in bitcoin markets.

Probably the price of bitcoin will reach more of 25,000$ in the end of this year (maybe near to 30,000$). In fact, in this duration of time there is a growth of the price and more than 30% in last 7 days, so the value is variable.
Eventually, Hope there will be a happy surprise in the future, and that bitcoin will be more stronger.

I guess price will reach 20k at the end of year. Today i read a post about a facebook guy saying bitcoin will reach 1000000. But I am very sure this will never happen. Probably we will see the 25k in January and 30k in February, but that's all. I don't believe bitcoin will rise higher.

On the other site we also could see the 5k again. 2018 will be an excited year.

Starting to have the feeling that $25,000 by the end of this year is possible. And albeit with the slow confirmation and too much fee still people are buying bitcoin and keep on transacting it.

Today is december 16 , and We have 2 weeks so we can see what is possible price of the bitcoin maybe it will become 20k dollars plus before end of this year 2017. The price of the bitcoin as of now is 19k dollars and for sure it will continue to incease the price . 25k dollars prediction is maybe it will happen or maybe it will not happen. We don't know what actually price of the bitcoin before end of this year. But for sure most of us want the price increase more.

May be due to the festive season as most of users are busy preparing for Christmas and new year holiday and the bitcoin transactions during these days are also less so I think it might not be possible to reach $25k mark by year end but that can be achieved by next year after a slight dump which has been routine from few years.

Price of 1 bitcoin already Achived 19600$ and more than 22000$ in some country's , as per speed of price by 5 to 10% price will go and cross 25000$ by year end 2017 and If you invested in 2013 nov you will be the luckyest man on earth if you hold still

I don’t think that rate slows down bitcoin is still approaching to the new record value which is 20k and within no times it will get there and at the end of this year there may be possibility if prices to go higher than 25k and I am sure it will because new investors are still coming older ones are buying because they know that bitcoin will help them a lot in future so there is a great possibility of achieving 25k in the end of year.
