Title: Looking for an exchange that does not take a year for verification
Post by: HenrySav on December 12, 2017, 11:58:14 AM
Hi all,

I have applied to around 5 of the big name exchanges and it's been almost a week with no word.

I do not mind verifying my information as I have nothing to hide. I just want to purchase BTC/EUR.

Any recommendations for an exchange that does not suck at customer service or tips for speeding up the verification process?

I am looking for an actual exchange not a website like coinbase...

Thank you all in advance

I get you. I am still waiting for my bitfinex verification....
I could recommend you trying registering on www.kaiserex.com (http://www.kaiserex.com) it is a great platform for the start and highly trusted.  ;)

How can you claim they are highly trusted and recommend them when 10 minutes later you say:

Hey everyone!

I just started trading crypto and currently I am using www.kaiserex.com (http://www.kaiserex.com) platform. It is really easy to use it and the support is great.

What other platforms, good for beginners,  would you recommend?

Thank you! BTC

Sounds like you have a shilling account.

What ones did you try? The only one I can recommend is Kraken and it didn't take me that long to get verified as I recall, but waiting is probably something you will have to do on most exchanges due to the huge influx of new users trying to jump on board and buy bitcoins. I know you said you didn't want to use Coinbase and I wouldn't recommend them either, but their verification process is quite fast and computer processed I believe. Whether you'll be able to very your bank easily with them is another matter though and their customer service is terrible and has likely probably only got worse recently unless they've hired hundreds of new reps.

Kraken's verification is disabled :(

I have applied to:

Bitfinex
Bitstamp
Coinsbank
Coinfloor
DSX

TheRock trading sign up is also disabled!

Are there any reps on here that might be able to help?

.

If your objective is mainly to be able to do fiat to crypto, I doubt if there is a wat around verification you just have to do it but if its mainly crypto then you can get sites like livecoin, HiBtc but you need to do your research on their specific terms before going fully into them though. Another option pending the time your verification would be completed you can settle the crypto part and find a way to concert to fiat in your locality depending the situation of things over there.

Have you tried local bitcoins? I think there's minimal verification required but I think it's the sellers that can choose what sort of verification they require. You can easily buy there online with your debit card and it has a built in escrow for protection. Alternatively, you can just try find someone through there locally and meet up with them for either cash or direct bank transfer.

Thanks everyone for your input.

I was just approved at DSX.UK... I was surprised by how good their customer support is.

However, I am struggling to find reviews about them. Has anyone used them?
