Title: Betcoin glich
Post by: nicksarkastaton on December 12, 2017, 08:45:10 PM
So this just happened about few hours ago. I played some on betcoin and got down to my last 0.44 mBTC.

I open a tourney and see that it says 1$ equals 0 mBTC to register! I obviously confused, registered, look at my balance again and it is the same! WTF right?!?!

So I guess some glitch happened where I was able to register for tourneys for free, due to the exchange ratio of 0.

I immediatly register all MTTs and go to the SNG lobby. There are a few 100$ hyper PLO8 heads up open, I open two. Lose one, win the other. Adrenalin. I look at my balance, but it is the same. I feel sad. I though this is the free money train :D:D

Play along for another couple of hours, bust 10th in momomo PLO 1k$ 6max, run deep in another couple tourneys and then support blocks my account, after I sent a ticket. Maybe I should not have. I mean, it s their fault in my view. Who would not have registered all they could?

TL,DR;

Almost got free heaven moneys, but ended with a blocked account.

I also noticed the same thing with the buyin conversion.  Definitely sounds like a glitch.  Please let us know how it turns out and if you get unblocked.  This is definitely a concern, especially with the continued rise of BTC!

Did you actually end up winning in bit coin from this tournaments? At first, I thought maybe you had some free tickets to tournaments that you didn’t know about that’s deafly not the case if you were able to sign up for anyone you wanted. So they blocked you from joining anymore tournaments? Something doesn’t seem right.

I got confused at this point. From what I understood, due to some bug, you were being able to register on tournaments for free. You manage to win one, and lose the other, so why was your balance the same? Shouldn't you have more money on your account since you registered for two tournaments without paying, and you actually won one?

Also did they give you any reason for why they have locked your account? I mean, apparently you tried to exploit a bug, instead of letting them know right away, so even if it was their fault, I guess they had good reason to lock your account in order to try to understand what happened.

I am thinking that they more than likely blocked the account because they discovered that glitch that you mentioned. Did they unblock your account afterwards at any point to where you could continue. I am pretty sure their terms and conditions say if there is any error they are not responsible regardless of the reasons.

I am quite sure that support might not unblock his account as they can clearly see he is only utilizing that glitch to win some bitcoin rather than playing with his own bitcoin. Also if OP have reported this glitch to support before trying to rob the casino than they might compensate him/her with some good reward which is not the case here.  ;D

Yes but he said his balance stayed the same so I think they blocked him as a preventive measure just in case. Strange glitch to have. Not good for the casino. Lol yes he should have reported it. They might have rewarded him. I'm sure they are aware if it though since it has happened to other people too.

Yeah i think a reward for OP would be the fair consequence of reporting this bug  :o
They will probably unblock you as soon as they can verify that you didn't took any money at all.

Try Jetwin!

Well, did you get the lost money at the end? Or is it just about the way your balance is shown to be the same no matter what, but no money can be deposited and withdrawn from betcoin.ag (that's the site, right)? I guess you should contact their support team and tell them about this problem. I do hope they give you some reward for that, but who knows, they don't really have the best reputation on such matters, you know.
If you can benefit from this glitch then maybe you should do that a bit, so that you make sure you're rewarded for what you've found anyway.  ;)

You play at betcoin with a ton of accusations and when something happens you complain about it? Are your serious? It is like you drive with 120 mph into the curve and when you fly into the ditch you complain about it?

I'm more concerned about the issue cause such glitches are really dangerous
yeah OP shouldn't be paid a single satoshi cause he didn't register with his money , but what happens to other players ??
like if someone on ACR was able to win money from OP , how ACR are going to pay him since the player he beated didn't put money to register ?

hope we have more info about this glitch  cause it's really dangerous , did it happen with you guys too or just OP ?

OP never mentioned that he has reported that bug to their support team but he just tries to utilize that bug to play games. He sent ticket only after blocking his account so I don't think they will reward OP and also not sure whether they can unblock his account. OP missed the chance to report that bug.

what makes no sense is he registered the first one for free, won, saw his account didnt GET ANYTHING, and instead of stopping, decided to continue and joyride basically all the tourneys, registering for free

Hahaha thx for all of your replies guys. So, yea they blocked my account and did not unblock it. They did not send any email or something, like we never knew each other.

I really doubt somebody would give me anything for free for me reporting that bug without registering any tourneys. But that is my opinion. So I wanted to make some for free. But it did not work out.

Where to play now and have some tourneys like they have with the other network?
