I would like to go for mortgage refinancing. I was working as a teacher, but currently, I am unemployed. And am searching for a new job. I had taken a home mortgage loan. Now, the rates appear harder for me. I would like to refinance my home mortgage. Is it a good idea to refinance the mortgage? Refinancing saves a lot of money. I just need to lower my monthly payment. Does mortgage refinancing work in my case?
