Hi, first I would like to congratulate you for your website. The design looks really cool, and that is always important because it shows some effort from your part into this project. I do have some questions though, that I hope you can answer.

First, I see you have plenty of games, prizes, lotteries, all with big payouts or high value. They are mostly time based, so I assume that it's possible that there are no guaranteed winners just like traditional fiat lotteries, is that correct?  Otherwise these prizes might become very expensive, if you had few users participating. If this is true, it would be nice to always know our chances of winning these prizes. I see that on scratchcards, but I don't see that on the other prizes (like smartphones etc).

Also, regarding these prizes, since the users needs to pay for transportation, I think it would be good to know in advance the shipping rates for our countries, and what are the shipping methods available.

Access via invitation codes are made for the following reasons:
- Now we collect expert feedback only from the professional Community. Basic tests had been already done, therefore we need a feedback from the community, no testing.
- We give a $10 bonus. Everyone who wins will be able to collect his winnings, therefore, the number of free games is regulated by the invitation codes.

The guaranteed winner for every drawing depends on the game itself. For example, in case of prize drawings there is always a winner if the prize draw is completed (total number of bets has to be equal to the value of the prize). In lotteries, the winning is determined in different way but similarly to a classical lottery: the more balls the player guesses, the bigger the winning is. Of course it is unlikely that every lottery presumes guaranteed jack pot winning.  :) However, there will always be winners with less amount of winnings in almost every drawing. Talking about chances, they are mentioned in the case of scratchcards. For lotteries you can see the table with the winnings amount that depends on the balls guessed. For the prizes you can check "level of luck" indicator that also shows your chances to win. This indicator depends on your bet and is calculated this way: your bet / prize value. So, the more bets you make, the higher the chances to win are.


For delivery we are using standart tarrifs of international delivery services (such as DHL, Fedex, etc) and we are not making any profit on that. Delivery can be made from the warehouses in different countries, that is why it is difficult to show the delivery price for every prize on a website. Also, we are offering the Players a choice of prize delivery or receiving an equivalent prize value payment from us. This is convenient as not all the Players prefer to provide their address or to wait for delivery.

I have tried to create an account on site but it looks like invitation code is mandatory which I think is just unnecessary. I don't want to get those free $10 or you can allow users to register account first and than they can enter bonus code afterwards to claim that $10.

Giving my short review

I have received the $10 invitation codes and have registered to the site. So far everything just seems to be appealing. Some games are not live yet as it will be live on 25th

Besides that there are around 6 free lucky draw ? It says $1 but when I tried to purchase tickets for it , my balance is not deducted.

Tried the 6/49 lotto and the popup of " waiting for blockchain data " is take so long to load so I ended up refreshing the page and click once more but still the same thing happen

I checked almost everything and everything seems alright, except one thing which I felt needed into the game. There wasn't any "history page". I mean, we should have an option to check all our previous bets, numbers we picked, bet amounts etc etc. I am not talking about the transaction history you currently have under profile, that only shows the amount credited and debited. So far my experience with truegame.io, while limited, has been great.  The thing that I find more refreshing than anything is then friendly demeanor of the team and the fresh, new, easy to navigate user interface.
I love the blockchain based gaming idea to because it seems like with less hands in the cookie jar there is very little room for temptations, for all parties.  I think that should help to abolish mistrust between players and site operators which overall makes for a very cool gaming experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

what can I say I have been unlucky with my first three rounds but with my last game

Was wondering when will the draw be held for prizes/IRL stuffs? has it been already done? i have bets on 4 prizes, would be awesome if i could any 1 prize lol.

Since deposits are not allowed in the beta, only a 100 bitcointalk.org participants with 10$ each, I'm guessing most of the prizes won't reach the treshold to be drawn until the full launch.

Possibly the smaller ones will be drawn in beta, for example the Mi power bank or Ethereum man's t-shirt.
I didn't think about it either, so I deposited some of my balance in the iPhone, S8, 1000$ cash prize which are obviously (700$+) with 1$ of each participant almost impossible to reach, 70% of us would have to deposit there.

I can't see anything right there on your winning result, sire you have winners but there is no value on each transactions and there is only fee that show up. And btw I also saw different of transaction fee right there, I do not know but it seems that is only one with around 0.01 fee and the rest is 0.002

There are different costs of transactions due to the fact that betting as an operation is a different from the final draw in terms of resources costs. Transaction of the drawing is usually much more expensive than a simple bet. Thus, the more expensive bet that you see is the completion of the lottery with the choice of the winners.

In my opinion it's not wise to invest in a signature campaign so early.

Sig campaigns are not cheap. Yes they are effective but if your site is still in the early stages then it's a waste of funds.

My advice is to work on improving the site stability and fixing any bugs. And then after 6 months or a year launch a signature campaign then.

I first had a small bug to register using W10 MS Edge but it was quickly solved by the team after warning them through Telegram group. I then applied to get the $10 free gift for bitcointalk members and played at scratchcard exclusively. Website is really nice but I did not have the opportunity to test all games as I have not been very lucky and I have quickly lost the $10. I only got $0.5 remaining so I have two suggestions:

1) Add one scratchcard game with a minimal bet of $0.5  ;D
2) Add a Referral Link functionality with a free gift for both parties

total number of token sold is 210,000,000 but the eth hardcap is 10,300. 1eth will give you 9,250, but if you divide 210,000,000 ÷ 10,300 it is around 20,400. Mark those as spam if you're using Google and all their emails will be listed in the spam folder, I usually do it with the emails from companies/individuals when they are intentionally sending a huge amount of emails every day and with no unsub button. And after that deleting those emails on a mass I know it's pain in the ass but better than deleting those mails individually.

Doesn't seem like they do. I did a quick Google search, and the only thing affiliate-related to Truegame is tied to the ICO (it's possible to get an affiliate link for that).

On a different note, taking a look at the site from a mobile device, it seems like everything is nice and neat, though I did notice a minor grammatical error- clicking on "My Account" and then "Transactions", the site shows "Availabe Balance". Other than that, everything functions perfectly, even a bit better than I thought it'd go on a bad device like mine. I don't like the text box outline style a whole lot, but that's just me.

the site is in beta there are no active deposits or automatic withdrawals
they were giving away free 10$ and you can easily withdraw them if you met the requirements on wager/games
