electroneum is finally realesed. has anyone accessed their wallet yet, or completed a transfer? i've completed the verification steps but my wallet is stuck on working.

got the same problem, hope they fix it soon, ive heard more cases like ours =/

It is too early for me to worry. More than 400000 users registered at Electroneum's ICO and over 200000 trying to get on the site at the same time to do their verification, get sms code e.t.c This will only put much stress on the servers and make it difficult to do anything meaningful as you will keep getting error message.

I will wait a day or two before trying to access the website, I am certain by then the rush and pressure on the server will have died down.

Ah, was able to dump all mine just in time (well, a bit late, ~700 instead of ~725)!  Noticed increased activity and checked why &  saw the thing about the release.  Whew.   Probably would not have been possible w/o all the errors and such I'm hearing about now, laugh.   Good thing so many people can't access their coins.   ::)

Would be sitting pretty if it had been possible to short it.

the website is getting slammed. there is no fix for the problem, we just need to wait until things calm down. by the time i get anything transfered it wont be worth selling. as for the website i got the send screen loaded briefly but then it was stuck again, and if i do get all the transaction loaded it probably wont go through once sent.

Just attempted access once and got an error, so I'll just wait until things are smooth sailing before reattempting. Lots of activity on Cryptopia, here's the latest stats

This is highly expected whenever an ICO goes live, there will be a massive dump and the coin can pick up afterwards if it has an efficient use as. All the crying and wailing on social media when the wallets were frozen back in November are from those waiting earnestly to dump the coin.

This is a huge dump happen to electroneum  but I guest this is normal its time to buy more and hold because it will pump up soon.
By the way the platform of electroneum its not fully okay I got some bug & error when trying to creat my own wallet we can expect a bug free soon the Dev are doing hardwork to perfect there platform.
Im excited to get my reward and exchange to btc :)

Finally, the wallet is ready, this is one that some people can't wait to get out of, the team to me deceived investors and have failed in so many ways, another thing here is that the price of BTC has went up and some people will be happy with what they are getting now

ETN is dumped now.
His time is gone a month ago.

Websites slammed because they (almost) can't handle the amount of traffic and trades.
Looks like a good time to buy and hodl.

This is a great new for us it was a hard time when this bad event happened but that's all in the past now. We hope to see the full potential of electroneum now.

i cant see my electroneum wallet, i have done reset my password by my email link, next step its confirmed my mobile phone, at this step the sistem said cant send SMS for this moment..hmmm i reload and recaptcha many times, stil not proggress

Sad to say but electroneum is really turning out to be a sham. First they botch on the coin launch and screw ICO investors by launching the coin on an exchange when the wallets are locked. Now during the relaunch they again fail at simply preparing enough server capacity to handle user traffic? Extreme incompetence. To think they got $40 million dollars funding. They should have at least hired a team that knows something anything about project development.

The dump is expected considering the hassle and stress investors experienced when the website was down. I know this coin had been hyped especially in social media so a lot of people bought their shares. I wasn't able to buy mine but a friend was able to secure his slot and bought ETN. The value will surely go down so hope ETN will still survive after the dump.

Ofcourse it's normal investors are in profit right now just imagine if you invest 1btc on ico probably you have 12 btc right now if we take a look the price now investors are still on 6x profit

Hahaha electroneum will never be released, they are having a lot of issues everyday, it seems that they will never fix anything.

I can not understand why you all are hyping this coin, it is very overpriced right now (and it has been dumped a lot during the last few weeks) The real price is zero.

Their ICO stage was horrible, it seems that their crowdsale was organized by a teenager of less than fourteen years old.

I would not be surprissed if everybody gets scammed in here.

Lucky to those that sold off early their ETN coins early before the huge dumps happened but I really don't see any potential on this coin(sorry for my negativity) but they are not even serious in fixing their website for people to be calm and support the growth of it. And since November 15 the market capitalization of the ETN coin is hidden so the transparency to the people are also missing.

Standard situation after the release. This is done in order to purchase cheaper. Soon everything will fall into place and the coin will go up.

yes, it can happen if you see from a problem that is not quickly resolved. almost every day I see a lot of people complaints. and also see the prices are getting down, maybe because many people are leaving. lack of confidence in electronenum developers, solutions that can't be resolved quickly, even almost a month...but, in the crypto world many possibilities happen, although it looks good but it could be a scam project, but some are seen to fail but it becomes a big and successful project.

Isn't anyone bothered by the lack of a GUI wallet for Win/Mac and a forked cli wallet which is a pain to use ? I was waiting for the relaunch thinking they'll release a solid GUI wallet like any other respectable coin has.
Not really interested by their online "Wallet Manager". I would never keep crypto online and not have control over private keys.

Do not get disheartened, the traffic, performance issues are commonplace on all the coin website. All the projects that were released never expected such a high volume.

I too have decided to hold, I have always liked this project and it was my first ICO so I am willing to see where it takes us.

Electroneum is insane in scope.
The amount of people who put money into it in small increments (like 1 to 5 eth) was record setting.

So the annoying thing for me now, is that I got in ok, accessed all my funds, and sent it to cryptopia.
Now, it's just stuck at pending for the last couple hours because the blockchain is heavily loaded right now.
I wonder if it will even go through by the end of the day?

But, something that is fantastic, is that even though the price is crashing, it holding steady between 6 to 7 cents.
The ico was 1etn = .01 cents.
It looks like it won't go down to ico price or below which is a great sign.

I'm thinking there are a lot of people selling of course, but also a lot of people buying it up because they see it as a longer hold investment.

And as far as it being a scam, well, nope, it's not a scam.

the only explanation I can think of that the price hasn't crashed further is that there are a lot of people willing to buy them up for long term holding.
Honestly, I'm not sure if these are ico investors or people just jumping in on the hype.
Whatever the case, the volume of trading is astronomical.
Cryptopia is getting a wonderful Christmas bonus and its just the first day!

But despite all of this, I don't think you can really say if it will moon or die until a week later.
After the mad rush has settled, the true performance of the coin will start to show.
It still has no real world application, and the "mobile miners"aren't live either.
So there is a chance it will still crash before mass adoption takes place.
And will mass adoption even happen?
Isn't btc already mainstreaming right now?

The thing that is pulling people to this though, is that, if it really does go viral and mass adoption happens, etn will be top 10 coins easy.

You're right if etn would delay again this coin will probably miss the hype but i think this time etn team doing their best as my prediction it will dump hard

I find it amazing that there was still issues when Electroneum was released again. I thought after all the maintenance everything would be sorted out. However the hype will die down i'm sure more people will be able to log in soon.

I sold mine earlier today, the price was OK since I bought it cheap, doubled my investment. As far as I am aware the investors got ETN for a price of 0.01$ and their profits are high, that is why they dumped today. Today's BTC turnover for ETN is closing 1600 so many of the investors that sold at the right moment are on solid ground.

I sold half my bag and I'm letting the other half ride for the long term.  Woke up at 4am my local time to make sure I was able to sell out the half before everyone else.  But the price has been way more stable than I thought it would.  Guessing when the bounties are released it will come down some more.

My friend was very happy about the news about electroneum is finally getting released but he could not even get access to his wallet because he could not get sms verification code. I hope electroneum won't fail us again and everything goes well for us and them.

No doubt there are lots of Issues right now. But i see Eletroneum coming out stronger.
Even at the current price, am still in profit, around x6.  Not a bad deal if you ask me.

Is it possible to see somehow how much tokens already sold? And how much to come to cryptopia and what we can expect? Because for now it looks like it is stabilizing around 400Sats... but a big bunch of transactions are still stuck or not even started.
I believe it will drop even harder when everything is good with the network and it isnt overloaded anymore...

At the moment there are the non-believers selling and the believers buying.
There is potential here but currently it is pure turbulance.

I don't know if anyone made money with this coin. If the people that made money on the coin share their experience on how they were told that the coin was a scam it would be pretty cool.

yes I have made a new one and it is worming fine ..I have purchased 20k etn  in the hope that it will hit 40 cents in 1 month may be I am wrong but if ADA and ripple can hit 28 and 70 cents respectively then why not etn? just a matter of time

You might make it to that many dollars/cents yet the price of it in Bitcoin might be much lower than what you invested..

@easynote I am not sure I understand what you ment, but it is really simple: people bought ETN while it's value was 1c, sold it when it reached the value of 6-7c and thus multiplied their investment several times. If you invested 100$ in ETN ICO you ended up with 600$ to 700$, depending on when you sold it. I bought ETN when it was 0.00000440BTC, sold it when it went over 0.00000900BTC and doubled my investment which is not bad for a couple of days work. Imagine those that invested tens of thousands of $ and sold it for a price 6 or 7 times higher than their initial investment! I just checked the value of ETN on Cryptopia and even though it went down after the release it is valued at 6.2c, which still brings good profit to early supporters.

ETN price is increasing nicely today. Last night it went down to 5 cents, today it is at 8 cents. That's already 8x ICO price  ;D

10 c now! Tho I am a bit worried they are promoting petitioms to get on more exchanges... I thought all they had to do was apply... They should be begging ETN to get on board... they're rocking it...
