You should encourage them to use the "Bitcoin Accepted Here" logo.

I don't see anywhere on their main page where it says they accept bitcoin.

Couldn't spot it on their front page either, bitcoin price is listed under cash prices though

Not a fan of the "added on price structure".
Shows a very reasonable price on the main product pages.. the proceeds to add on VAT and shipping charges to over £100 at checkout.
For silver you are better off ordering from Europe but it is quite good for gold.

Yeah since when is that custom in the UK?
I thought thats an US invention.

Thats pretty much normal practice in the UK.

Buy gold and then no VAT to pay.

I don't know if it was changed since you saw the site last, but there's a big splash for bitcoin as part of the main flash file. (On the 4th slide).

I've always wanted to buy a gold bar, but I just never trust these websites. Did you use Bitcoin?

Yes I paid with Bitcoin via Bitpay from their website,

Not sure if it is the "power of Bitcointalk" or just a coincidence, but I got an email from them about 5 mins after I posted on here !!

They say the bar I ordered is out of stock and are asking if another brand will be acceptable..

Will Bitpay have you covered if there's a problem?

ive order several gold coins and got delivered no probs.

1st order was slightly delayed as they were in a changeover period to bitpay.

Customer service were pretty quick getting back to me.

They are also a well known and long established bullion dealer so not some fly by night scammer set up.

They also have offices in the UK & US

My order was eventually delivered today (Mon 3rd Feb)

3 weeks after payment was made,

Not exactly what you would call "prompt" but it arrived eventually.
