Ehh good flip opportunity here, my offer would not be close to $8000 though just fyi, I'd most likely pay market for BTC +10% per coin if BTC stabilizes for at least a week (not swing 10+% in one hour for example (dropped from $93 to $83 this morning). Escrow would be required as well.
