I don't even think it was their fault but just seemed like thing could get even worse and sounds like they have.

Every support call/ticket is met with the same canned response that never addresses any of my questions or concerns. I had great faith in them after the way they handled the hacking incident several years ago and they returned all my bitcoin, but seems like now they are unable to deal with their current struggles. Fumble for your mouse, which you hopefully let go off earlier and wiggle the hell out of it. Now click once. Chances are the thread you just opened deals with MtGox not sending withdrawals.
