You sent them the first txid deposit of the 0.39181261. So they answered you saying that the deposit was completed. Try to sending this txid which is the second deposit you made 3894ca631cfc632c85ac31701e4b299f0036922bb28473ce81fe80a42f0e0b4f (0.029) so they can confirm for you.
