I'll give you an vmware account on my server with 4 cores @ 2 GHZ each - AMD, 8 gigs of ram @ 1333 mhz, 500 gig HD space on a raid 5ee with write cache, 100mbit pipe one hop from the net limited to 3 TB transfer/m, 1 public IP addy. I'll even load up a default linux/windows image if you ask nicely ;D You can ping vm1.omnimbusllc.com for testing.
