Hey guys, what do you think  about status of cryptocurrency in these countries, and te value of them affecting economy in the countries? Will they make some moves with it, make it better/worse? Thanks ::)

Here I am answering long time after the question was asked: In Croatia, the situation has advanced in relation to Serbia. Recently, Croatian blockchain and cryptocurrency association was established which aims to expand crypto community, educate the public and contribute to regulations. There's also an increasing number of shops at the seaside that accept bitcoin as a means of payment. On the other hand, developments in Serbia are still to slow to significantly affect the economy; There are several startups, interesting companies that develop products using blockchain and that's about it.

There haven't been many successful ICOs from Serbia / Croatia so they don't have a good reputation as a crypto forward thinking country.  However, i think it will develop over there. After a nasty war, it took a while to recover and crypto is a good way to hold assets personally and away from war mongering governments.

Croatia is a popular tourist destination so I'm sure it will push the acceptance forward to give people who travel with their cryptos a way to spend their money. Restaurants, hotels and casinos are usually among the first businesses to get into cryptos and especially those located in seaside resorts. Also, it's a part of the EU, which has somewhat attempted to accept and regulate cryptos.

Depends on what the country's government wants to do with them, honestly.

Based on my knowledge, I don't think that Serbia nor Croatia are countries that are heavily involved in the crypto markets at all. BTC is legal as far as I know in both countries, but Serbia's central bank has been slightly negative towards it.

Bitcoin is a global currency, it can benefit any individual that chooses to use it, regardless of their nationality.

If any country wants to compete in this crypto market, they need to have positive regulations in place in order to attract businesses. Simple as that.

I don’t think that crypto currency is legal in Serbia and Croatia . These are two like very different countries and the most surprising thing that I haven’t heard the name yet of these two countries but I don’t think that bitcoin or any other crypto currency is legal there but if they will legalise it , obviously they will take some action against of bitcoin like all use to do but if they will understand the true fate of bitcoin then they will legalise it and will development as well.
