You can probably get 680 hashes or so with overclocking and modded the bios.

Unless the price difference is tiny I would not bother with the 8gb. It is more about what memory it is then the amount. It's also a hit and miss r like a lucky packet when it comes to the exact hashrate of each card as it can vary. |
