Looking to expand my team on a new project... I need 10-12 people that are willing to invest time and money.

I bet there are many possible investors out there interested to what you are offering but it would increase more attention if you would put transparency of this investment or project. That is also to show you have nothing to hide and the project is legitimate. Details like how much investment is required, how long is ROI, how the investment will grow and the people behind the business.

I understand it is pretty vague... but I am unable to give the details to just anyone. The idea is new and i don’t want someone with the resources to just come along and steal it.

if we are looking for a serious investors we must know them very well because some investor are scammer no body knows who is really good or bad so we must be wise for everything.

I think you want some investors for your dice site coinpro.fit which is actually just another moneypot enabled dice site with nothing new other than few links promoting scams like xcoins and bitconnect  ;)

Sorry for harsh words but if you want investors for this site than you might not get one. However if you have some unique idea or site in plan than you should atleast post few details here atleast write how investors will get return from site and how they can trust you with their money.

I think that you should be a bit more specific.
What kind of investors are you looking to get? What is the minimum amount to invest?.
By saying investing time and money, do you mean that they will just take a place in the project and also put their money in, or just invest in the project, are you looking for partners to keep your project going or just for investors?

Also, who runs the project, who your teammates are?
You are searching for investors but you are not revealing a lot of information/

Yes, you should considering this suggestion, at least you can giving short information about your planning about
- what kind of project field
- contract time
- profit shares

I understand your concerns, but if you are willing to give up the information in a personal message then those people will just message you. You aren't going to find any investors who will invest blindly into your project. If it is an original idea, then after you have released it there will be dozens of different copies out within a few weeks, which one is more successful depends on who does it better and not the original person who came up with the idea.

Please state what sort of investment you are expecting from each member, and what their other duties will be.

2.Proof of funds and NDA is what a banker would ask,not someone who is planning to start a business which he doesn't have skills for.The project is merely an idea.And you already looking for investors ? God bless you.

4.I know you'd only reveal your next big thing to the investors but they would also like to see what have you got in the store in terms of tech and pr.

You realize that no one is going to hand you a proof of identity and funds just to get the idea?
By the way it's stupid to ask for that as if someone wants to steal your idea it would mean that they just need the money and to show you they have the money. If you want serious investors act like one. I got money in BTC I don't know what to do with and I'm hell sure I won't give you any proof just because you want it...

You should give interested people at least some technical infomations: amount of total investment needed, expected ROI, nature of the idea...
