Title: Cardano (ADA) Is The Perfect Fit For Coinbase/GDAX Requirements
Post by: trefster on December 15, 2017, 01:00:01 AM
This is why I'm confident that Cardano will be listed on Coinbase : https://www.gdax.com/static/digital-asset-framework-2017-11.pdf.

The Coinbase requirements read like they were copied and pasted from the Cardano website: https://www.cardanohub.org/en/home.

haha nice
i really hope to see cardano on coinbase and i think that it fits perfect like you said,
but i think it will take some time and they will add it after its listed in all the known exchanges and after it goes to further stages in development

is this a new approach of theirs? in the past they only added what was obviously right up there already and would bring them a ton of cash. i'd be surprised if they pivoted away from that and accepted applications even if it was from the developers.

the only thing i know about cardano is that it appeared out nowhere right up there on coinmarketcap but that seems to be an increasingly regular occurrence.

Can be fresh air for cardano fans,If anyone of us who always follow the development of coinmarketcap, must know that Cardano (ADA) has already entered the top 10 in marketcapital. It is certain to rank in top 10, not an easy one in the field of cryptocurrency.

That's actually a very good point. I'm sure Cardano took their requirements into consideration. They knew this would be huge for them.

Completely agree ADA will be a rejuvenating addition. Also its still very cheap at this moment and will be explosive!!

I agree, massively undervalued still.

after what I saw on the biggest gain from coinmarketcap actually what is ADA and could you please give me the link of announcement in this forum ?

generally yes if i follow your link that you mentioned, the coins is met the requirements of GDAX but why it should on coinbase instead. the rise keep moving based the volume and graph and i guess 1$ easy for ADA if this market purely demands nature

Cardano is looking nice and fresh for now, nothing wrong with it. It's one of the successful altcoins of this year 2017.

Cardano will be hitting more than one dollar soon, i really trust in this coin.

The only thing that i dont like about them, is that they do not have an official wallet, this is very unsafe for me because i can not store those coins on my erc20 wallet or just on my hardware wallet.

You need to buy directly from an exchange, and that is pretty risky, and taking in consideration that a lot of exchanges are shutting down accounts, this makes me wonder if i should really invest in there or no.

I don't think the the reason they will add the coin is because of the list but because of huge trading volume, I know when they decided to list the coin on their exchange the first priority will be top ten coins

For what I feel it will take still some time before Coinbase will take Cardano, they seem to be quite prudent and conservative in their choices.

They are, I agree, but I think they know Cardano is the real deal.

They have official wallet and it is looking quite nice. https://daedaluswallet.io/ (https://daedaluswallet.io/) Not just another copy of QT wallet.
That being said they are still missing web or paper wallets for people who don't want to download the whole chain.

Any coin/token can be listed on Coinbase if Coinbase chose to do it.

what are you talking about they don't have an official wallet? Not sure the date it released but I think Daedalus is their wallet and it's super clean, minimalist and synced in less than 5 seconds for me. Some people had issues but they might not have all the right stuff open who knows.

Exchanges are less risky today just because of competition factor, and I havn't heard anything about a lot of exchanges shutting down accounts....

Etherdelta supposedly got attacked but I still had .1 ether on there for months. People keep hundreds of thousands of dollars in these things and many are based in the states where if they did pull shady shit there would be a lawsuit of epic proportions.

Just buy some ether off crappy, unreliable coinbase (I feel like coinbase is sketchier than the exchanges in most cases), send it to bittrex, buy the ADA (cardano is the name of network ADA is the currency) and withdraw to an address on the Daedalus wallet that you have saved the password and back up phrase for

I had so many issues before with long download of Ethereum chain on the mist wallet, and even dash has taken hours when the chain got a bit bigger but the daedalus synced up in literally seconds for me, and transactions showed up within 2 minutes I love it it's what I missed about bitcoin and ether before the network got bogged down by money-hungry noobs
