Just so you know, it is not cheap any longer. Not that it was ever cheap to begin with, but Bitcoin price, competition and ICO saturation has only served to push rates a lot higher. You won't get good recommendations here, but if you google you'll get better results. In general, you will pay for exposure, but the important thing is to get your own press releases done right first. All the services will do for you is publish, rewrite, promote. But your original material had better be very good already, or you'll just drown in the mass of hundreds of PRs already pushed out daily. No SEO can save you in a month.
