Hi all .,

This is my second thread about ETC

as you all know it hit an ATH of ~34.5 USD last couple of days

there is a hard resistance near the points  (31:34)
also a support of buy wall @ (28-29)

also total supply issue that kept people afraid of inflation is now solved after the fork  three days ago (12 DEC)


I myself think that it'll reach 45-50

so.., what do you think  ??

I guess with all the altcoins being pump lately its time to ETH to really get into the action. Its just above $30 as per coinmarketcap but I do believed that it can go to to more than $35. There a little dip though but support is still there as you have describe.

However, its really hard to think that it can go to $50 as its been into a wild price swing since its hit all-time-high earlier. I already see this kind of movement in ETH way back May-June when it also reaches its all-time-high. I may be wrong here but It looks like it will not hit $50 as of the moment.

even @ 35 that's +16% increase which is really fine as investment

but i do think it'll do more because there will be a hell a lot of Ethereum miners switching to Ethereum Classic when ETH goes to POS state which will happen soon ..
 That will increase the hash rate and it will have more interest
So that must up the price ;
as investors already know that .. they probably will buy before the switch




My price prediction :
now 30 => alt buy surge => 35 => investor buying => 40 =>people see the increase and invest more => 45  => miners switch => ?? "i have no clue but i know it'll be much more"

I hold ETC for 2 month now and sold half of it yesterday at 26€, bought then  back at 31€ because of FOMO. Seriously, waited 2 month and 2 hours after seeling..BOOM fml.

then it went down to 28 .. i was darn sure about the increase so i waited

I was surprised when I saw coinmarketcap and the current price ETC reached $ 36, whatever caused this to happen? Last I monitor ETC in november and its price is still $ 25. I have missed this, will this rise continue?

Now is the time to invest in altcoins, ETC is a great option, is being charged by big investors, its price may exceed $ 50, with new projects to be added. It's hard to predict a price higher than $ 50, but we know it has potential.

Ethereum clasic is currently at $36 and going above  $45 may be difficult before end of this year. I am speculating that ethereum clasic will be trading between  $30 and $40 through out this year. I have not been following ethereum classic price of lately but from what I see in the chart it those not have much momentum to push forward.

If we close this week above 0.0019. We can expect really good action in the next two weeks (the first half of the first week maybe slow, and then go from there).

I see a nice rising from some alt coins, not only etc but ltc, xrp and some other coins also rise significantly, but for etc I Think it will be only for temporary, I think this is just a normal pumping so I dont get my hopes too high, but it is nice to see etc rise, I think etc going to settle between 40$

i do believe it'll continue to rise after short period of correction .. and it's @ as of now it's 35 .. might go down to 33 during next few hours.. which will be a good buy point

We have the same way of looking at the valuation of Ethereum Classic (ETC). There are still a couple of weeks left in December and ETC right now is already valued at $35 something. This will definitely grow some more in the last 14 days of 2017. Thus $45 could be reached very possibly. But if ever it falls short of it, definitely it will be around $40 per ETC.

your bet was correct ..but it was much earlier  .. reached 40 dolls few minutes ago .. now 39 .. will settle today across 38  -/+0.5

it was Ethereum Classic's turn to get pumped eventually and it is still rising. i have a feeling that this is another wave of pumps all around the altcoin market just like the start of this year!

the pumpers are getting good at it too, they move from altcoin to altcoin and do it fast. if you check coinmarketcap every day you can see there are always at least 3 coins with above 50% rise that day.

I'm happy I got on the etc train when it was still $10...win win for me  ;D

It will be probably above $50 thanks to ethereum, otherwise it might be valuable only due to the limited supply and team

i see an inverse head and shoulders in the graphs as of now .. i think it will regain to 34 in an hour or two

I think the $40 mark is a reasonable possibility. I am not real concerned with what happens in the next few days ... I am more concerned with what happens in the next 6 months or so  ;D

I like to play the long game.

I agree. Now you have to wait at least for Q1 2018 before you see at least the price of ETC at the last ATH. Unfortunately, this time I was not crafty and instead of selling before the big dump when I was still on par and then buy back again I decided not to do anything. Well, patience

It is very difficult to take a decision when coins are being dumped. And also, the decision to take needs to be very quick as we can lose more money. On June, i had the chance to buy 2 or 3 btc, but didn't change my altcoin. It was a bad decision as i didn't expected that Bitcoin would fly so high. It is in thoses kind of situation that we can make a lot of money. But it is also very risky as we can't see what will happen in the future.

The closer we get to the New Year the lower will be the price, I suppose. And only in January we can see again a new ATH
