There's no need to worry, the bitcoin network is running full speed for some time now, mempool is always full, this is not news anymore. To have a confirmation in one hour you need to include decent fee in the transaction, to get the miner's attention (they're hunting for transactions with high fees).
You haven't included any detail about your transaction but if you use an accelerator (and have a little luck) you can have your transaction done really quickly, as you have already experienced it.
Spreading FUD is not necessary...

I think that newbie is considering himself to have discovered something new and helping users by saying that bitcoin transactions are slow.I understand clearly that he does not understand about bitcoin as he says that there is a pump and dump going on.All these transactions are stuck mainly due to selling of bitcoins by most people at the same time after they saw bitcoin price reaching ATH.If lightning network gets activated,then even this delay would not happen.
