Have you checked your transaction in block explorer (http://explorer.litecoin.net/chain/Litecoin , https://live.blockcypher.com/ltc/) ? If the transaction is confirmed and still not showing in your wallet, I think you need to contact the support (https://support.litebit.eu/hc/en-us/requests/new) directly or in their twitter (https://twitter.com/litebiteu) / reddit (https://www.reddit.com/user/litebiteu).

This means that it's not litebit's fault but rather whichever company that withdrew your bitcoin's fault, aka wex.nz. You should talk to them about why they haven't processed your withdrawal to this date, and they should get back to you with an explanation. There is no way that litebit.eu is going to be able to credit your account with LTC when there are no transactions incoming.
