Title: [INFO] Group Buys with Inputs.io - Transaction Receipts
Post by: 🏰 TradeFortress 🏰 on July 20, 2013, 06:54:31 AM
Yes, you can use Inputs.io to participate in group buys, even through it is a shared / mixed wallet! Inputs.io now allows you to generate signed transaction receipts, coming from one of the addresses that made the transaction.

Simply go to 'Transaction Details' of the relevant transaction, pick one of your addresses to disclose and generate a receipt.

Example output:

-----BEGIN BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Signed by Inputs.io on 20/07/13 06:54:35

The transaction 693325d8ade7dd26c07e437cb2e9b22948643849555096c7de499824703a5a69 was sent by the owner of the address 1LbXzBCP6bMknX5W3A5Z5QUs4eU3adAEy4. Messages signed from that address are representative of the actual sender of this transaction. This receipt was signed with one of the inputs of the transaction for verification.

-----END BITCOIN SIGNED MESSAGE-----

Now, this lets the group organizer know that they can accept signed messages from 1LbXzBCP6bMknX5W3A5Z5QUs4eU3adAEy4 in relation to this specific transaction. Then I can sign transactions as normal with 1LbXz ..
