Stop with bullshit that you are waiting for devs to confirm that they are fine. They are working like nothing happened and FTC is fine, trading on all other exchanges and even currently you can see live feed how they are selling bear for FTC in pub. If you don't want them on your exchange, that is fine, it is your right to decide, but you need to reopen balances and allow us to transfer them away from your exchange.
