Which exchange would you use to convert to standard bitcoins, ethereum, or to fiat? None of my current exchange accounts seem to be able to support this.

As i know many exchange sites accepted Bitcoin Cash and you can easy convert Bitcoin Cash to Bitcoin or Ethereum before converting to fiat money. Will go ahead and risk a one time transaction.
