1. The only place to buy is cryptopia. The electroneum team have said they applied for listing on bittrex, polo, etc
2. I don't think the mobile miners have been released yet, not sure. But you can mine using your computer, just go on the website for directions.
3/4. Cryptopia isn't a big exchange, so there isn't much strong opinion either way whether it's safe or not. I have an account there.

Go to their downloads page Electroneum Miners (https://downloads.electroneum.com/), download the "Beginner's Pool Mining Software".
Install and start the app, Select from the 3 Pools available (You need a different/console miner to be able to connect in different pools).
Select your preferences (it's newbie-proof)
Start mining.

The Electroneum Node is available there too if you want.

1).www.cryptopia.co.nz is only exchange buy ETN for now. but electroneum team applied for Hitbtc and liqui,and it will live soon.also they applied planing for poloniex,bittrex..etc

2)you can mine from mobile app but i didn't try PC mining software yet

If viewed from its site, electroneum is listing in cryptopia and may soon be listing in liqui and hitbtc. I've been trading in cryptopia several times and I think it's safe there.

Yes cryptopia is safe for me till now I have traded and sold some of my coins but the only disadvantage is highest withdrawal fees compare to any exchanges about 0.002 btc for single btc withdrawal transaction it’s too much for small traders like me. Electroneum increasing value rapidly day by day .

Now they officially launch electroneum and there is some trade in electronium  and they(team) are saying they are trying to register in some exchanges but now you can purchase it from cryptopia

Yes you can! Until now, the page is still very good, fast payment! Good support, but when dealing with large numbers it is a good idea to check the information before doing so for safety reasons.

You must reconsider buying,they have issues with its wallet i heard they have re-launching and i dont know what they can offer to the people who got rekt with the pre-ico sales.
