my goal is to build a Second Tether, similar like the Existing Tether LTD, Tether Currently jepordises risk of Cryptoeconomics, by vaulting more than 1 Billion US Dollar and its still growing exponentially. i would call it Tether B or Tether 2 with the coins named USDT2 this way we people can hedge risks away from the Currently existing Hong Kong Based Tether LTD and the Banks and Infrastructure they have chosen, which is the Huawai Bank i have prepared a raw project goal: what we could use for this project is 1. Webdesign 2. Blockchain development 3. Marketing/Market entrance Tether 2 will be different, will have a different DNA so it can be used effectively for risk hedging: 1. Different Board and Team 2. Different Hedging Structure 3. Different Banks 4. Different Vault 5. maybe also differnt blockchain tech.
