It would be peer-to-peer and you need to meet the seller in order to get your bitcoins and give you his money. Also, try whether cex.io works on your country as well. Most of the time you'll be getting above market rates but it gets the job done. Virwox is also good but then again, try to see whether they allow residents from your country to get a hold of their services.

If you can't find someone on there then check the currency exchange sub board here. You never know what kind of people will appear on your meeting. I suggest you buy with credit card, cex bitit. And as i know bitstamp accepts swift bank transfers as well. And there few currency exchange sites may help you to buy bitcoins like bitfinex etc. you can also use the same like you said forex sites ,but go with the trusted forex site. there is topic on currency exchange on the bitcoin forum you can go through the complete details which may help you.
