The project should be real solution for some kind of problem in society. Mostly prefer some small solution South Asia country based on block-chain technology as beginning.

You should also know that there is hundreds of billions of dollars market for altcoins that are doing exactly that, trying to find a problem they can solve with a blockchain and pretty much all of them are useless. So don't expect for anyone to give you an idea just like that, there is a lot of money to be made (and unfortunately lost) on the hype of blockcain solutions and they would rather profit on it by themselves.

Blockchain technological projects have a massive potential to disrupt and create solutions to existing problems. The blockchain as a technology is only scratching the surface at the moment.
