I am interested in building an exchange from scratch within 3 months. The upfront paid contract will be for 3 months only. Payment can also be made upon reaching every 2 week milestone slots. Either you or your company representative will need to teach our existing tech team in order for us to maintain the code you build. . Preferably B'lore based only. .
