Been waiting days on shapeshift bch->btc , and a day on changelly, both have received my funds + confirmed. Not responding to tickets. Attempted to exchange BTC to XRP, they received my Bitcoin but never sent XRP. After 3 days of waiting, they replied to my ticket and said my funds had been located and refunded by Bitcoin.
