Keep in mind that the price of a coin on itself says nothing about its potential to grow. You can invest in a cheap coin, but might still be better off buying Bitcoin.

OP is asking the coin which worth between $1 until $10, so your first prediction is not valid.

OP, i would suggest you to buy EDO token ($3.4 atm)

Actually it has always been a difficult matter to predict which altcoin will perform best in the months to come, but fortunately, in that price range it is easier to find options with greater growth potential than those that have already reached a very high price.

 I am accumulating many of those that are frequently mentioned as ADA, IOTA, XVG, TRX and VQX. I am also accumulating the Binance coin (BNB) due to the growing demand of that exchange, and DeepOnion due to the great promotion that is receiving and that can lead to attract many investors in the medium term.

I would say under 10$ IOTA/Ardor/ARK/ICON/DeepOnion. Under 1$ there are probably tons of good picks a short term perspective, too many to list  ;D

I am very bullish for the whole crypto market in 2018, I think it's going to be a phenomenal year in terms of profits  ;D :D

XBY and XVG both are still under $1, but have a lot of potential to grow in 2018
make a research about XBY and XVG, then you can invest or not, its depends on your decision

I have my eye on these 2 coins long ago where there market price is at below 1$ yet, they have big market capital respectively which i think is the key for these 2 alternate coins to grow more. And yes, my speculation is right since Ripple (XRP) is now at 1.13$ while IOTA (MIOTA) is also at 5.11$ now.

Elixir (ELIX)  under $1 actually.  only 27 millions coins.  Market cap of 8 millions currently. Best competitor in the lending platform project.  Salt is already at 500 miillions market cap for a project which is less competitive than Elixir !

In 2018, it's better to invest in platforms, like:

But everything will depend on the bitcoin price.

I recommend SpectreCoin. The marketplace has shown, thanks to TokenPay's valuation after copy/pasting XSPEC's code, how much it values a privacy focused coin (and this is despite TokenPay being headed up by the "old guard banking"). At one point XSPEC was 30 cents to TokenPay's $7. Now XSPEC is $1.25. Now that TokenPay has really done a number on their U.S. based investors, and given that the code they used was ripped from SpectreCoin, I really think SpectreCoin is going to hit $7 at least, if not much higher than that. So even at $1.25, XSPEC is going to be a very good investment going into 2018 and beyond (especially once the, in my opinion, inevitable governmental regulatory crackdown occurs against cryptocurrencies, thus devaluing all the less privacy focused coins as everyone flees to safer coins). McAfee shares my opinion that privacy focused coins are going to really shine in 2018, too.

I strongly advise you pick up some SpectreCoin at its current price, even if it's just 50 coins. You could see returns of 5x or 10x on those coins as more and more people learn about XSPEC and people interested in privacy coins, having been really shafted by TokenPay, go to other, cheaper, safer alternatives (especially given that XSPEC developed the source code that TokenPay ripped, and is continuing to development more and better code).

There are some good altcoin still in that range price but i dont really know what coin it is since i do more research on top altcoin like etherium, waves, litecoin and monero.
I do more trading in that altcoin. I think it is more safe for long time holding.

Well, you need to do  a lot of research to answer this question but my favorites are ripple, IOTA, EOS, and Cardano.

For me, the best coin between 1$ to 10$ is IOTA and considering this coin is in the top 10 biggest market cap all time. I believe IOTA will be good and have a price hike by next year.

I think the best investments going into 2018 and forward will be found in privacy coins. I have my sights on Intensecoin http://intensecoin.com  (http://intensecoin.com) A new Cryptonote based privacy coin. I think you should take a look to the deeponion. This coin grew from 40cts to 3 dollar's in just 1.5 month. besides that you should take a look to the rpx, this coin is now woth like 11cts but i think it will hit the 1 dollar. worth looking bro!

navcoin is okay and under 10$

In 2018 there will be new great projects with new crypto gignts. But now I prefer to invest into ARDR, LMC, IOTA, OMG, WAVES, XLM, 1st Blood.

among the price, it probably could have picked the prospect XRP or NXT future good than on other coins, but surely the coins have certainly a great risk in trading.

I go for hawala.today token. I see its potential because I'm one of its holders. I only have 65 of it but it already has a good growth rate since I hold it. Maybe in the first quarter of 2018 it goes $10.

Invest in ripple, IOTA and cardano. You can try investing in DOGE too but it is a big gamble.

You could consider to buy one of these coin or buy all of them in small chunk to manage the risk :
1. Vertcoin the old and still best lyra2 coin.
2. Ardor its a next 2.0 coin
3. Exscudo i dont know if you could get account with eon with price 1-10$ or no.
4. Crypterium it is still on ico

I found one ICO very interesting. Instead of mining you can get some ICO's by promoting them on social media, adding artists, venues,...

It's a coin that sits at a low price but if purchased by large capital then it will generate a huge profit when the coin is also experiencing an increase in price.

Wabi for sure is one of the best coins for 2018. Its price is around 1,71 usd dollars, and it is better and more useful than its competitor Walton imho. Considering Waltons price, Wabi has a lot of way to go.ICO is finished this month and it is only at Binance now. I have big expectations from this coin.

By the way, your question is a bit odd. Why does it important to be under 10 dollars? For example Ripple is around 1dollars and it has huge marketcap. Can I suggest Ripple as well? :)

I think I remember bnb for $25 but I have not bought it cause it was difficult
