Potential for it to reach the speculated prices is always there since it's ICO and all it needs is more demand in order to reach a dollar. I am sure that after a few years I am sure there are only two possibility. The first one is that it will reach the speculated price and the other possibility is that it won't but it is very unlikely if BCN can survive that far.
