If you stick around and get posting privileges outside of this section you will be able to do it yourself. I'd rather not post this there and have people assume I'm taking a position on this. If I find the time soon I'm gonna calculate scenarios for a shutdown of DMS. Something in the area of two consecutive 10% drops in difficulty would probably enough.
