hello, is their a place to know about all the bounties as they released? like a site or blog?

Make sure you don't waste your time participating in bounties for projects that will never see any real usage or development.

One of the best way to get notified about campaigns as and when they released is through this link:

This is custom address of SMF forums to align threads according to the time they released. Bookmark this, open frequently and you won't miss any new campaign.

Bounty programs are quite good if you want to earn yourself some more tokens and possibly trade them later for other coins.
Some upcoming ICO's will be announcing there new bounty programs and you should keep up to date with the tokens ann page.
