Title: How many wallets are you running for stakes?
Post by: Rsj91 on December 18, 2017, 01:54:41 PM
I have 9 wallets running at the moment. Coins do breed well but waiting for them to gain more value some day.

How much do you expect to be earning by staking 10 nos of coin?

Interesting topic, i'm a bit in the dark here, at the moment i'm running DeepOnion, because i'm fairly new with this coin(coin also), i switch to Bytecoin, which was my main stakingwallet, takes a while to get the withdrawal limit(a week i guess), so these 2, would be interested in more if i get any good leads.

I can assure you that running your wallets on VPS in not more secure at all.

I'm running over 20 wallets on an old laptop who I'm using only for this. Laptops are consuming much less energy  than desktops.

can I know what coin that could be stake? I think it is good if we can do this while we are expecting the price of each coin is increase. I think it depends on how much amount you stake. and if you want to earn big then you need to stake big amount too.

I want to do that but I only have a small amount of my altcoins so that means it takes much longer to stake so I did not pursue doing it.

It would be good if you say your 10 coins. I'm new to POS and I like the concept of POS.

I am holding pos token which is giving good returns just for staking even there is no minimum count for that . Even i leased waves token i am getting some wavespool and miners reward even its value nothing for now may be it will give some profit in future nobody can predict the future of coins in crypto currency.

If you want to risk your accounts on puting them all in a single campaign then multiple wallets is the best option, single wallet in every account to trick the campaign manager that is just I read from the other threads but personally I wouldn't recommend because campaign managers are inspecting every participants in order to distribute a fair share stakes.

I am not sure about other wallets but i am using myetherwallet for some token which is generating revenue by simply holding where i dont need to do anything . I think Its effortless income like bank interest .

In my personal experience in this forum since early this year is I'm having only two wallets that is the main wallet for signature bounty campaigns for my 4 accounts and the other one for the other campaign like telegram, Twitter and Facebook. Where in all my stakes are inside a single wallet and I didn't face any problems with that.

Indeed, a single wallet generated by myetherwallet is totally enough for running in any stakes from bounty campaigns but the question is stating on how many wallets we're going to use for stakes and my answer is it depends on how you participate the campaign. I join a single account into a single campaign so having multiple accounts will cause no problem with that unless you're going to participate double or more accounts in a single campaign then you need multiple wallets for that.

I'm only staking Deep Onion for the time being but plan on doing more soon. XSPEC will for sure be one of them. I like staking a lot better than mining. I was mining vertcoin for over a month with only average results and then quit getting shares completely.

guys. stake coins means we download the wallet then sync to network and we will get reward depending amount coin we have ??
so zero coin means zero reward ?? i don't know about stake but im interesthing with that.
also what is your recommendation about potential coins for next 2 years??

In an ERC20 platform coin can be stored into a single wallet that is generated by myetherwallet and in my personal experience, my single wallet had been stored 10 coins as of this writing and many more coins to come in a due of a couple of months.
I recommend, create a wallet from myetherwallet for your to be able to use a single wallet with a number of ERC20 platform tokens or coins.

I am running 17 wallets for stake. Most of them are at very low price. Staking does not recover electricity cost.

The stakes you get from bounty campaigns will be distributed into wallets they received upon the start of the campaign and before you participate you'll have to give you wallet address and that wallet address will soon receive the stakes as they calculated from the total pool allocation.

Most members in the forum do have multiple wallets for stakes especially if they want to entry their multiple accounts into a single campaign but there should be a main wallet from the group and the stakes/tokens/coins from other accounts will be transferred into the main account to easily manage the stakes collected.
