Examples of other shitcoins:
IOTA (various attack vectors that aren't even properly addressed - e.g. double spends etc.)
etc.

Examples of good tech alt coins:
Qtum (first UTXO based smart contract implementation) - What Ethereum was originally meant to be and what Bitcoin tried to be many years ago.

at this moment i still believe ethereum has the best tech if we compared with anothers altcoins

So IOTA does not have good tech?... Sorry if the question is dumb, but I`m trying to learn as much as I can since alot of hype has been raised around this IOTA.

Depends on what type of tech you are referring to. If you want the best privacy tech then take a look at XSPEC which has more privacy features than monero or dash. You will be shocked to learn that it is still trading at around $1 - $1.50 as new marketing website is still not done yet.

What would you tell about Verge (XVG) coin? This coin was pumped very high in the last week. Their roadmap is here (https://vergecurrency.com/langs/en/#roadmap).
What is your opinion? Is it a real coin with fine tech or another one shitcoin only made for taking profit by their devs?

Each coin has the merits of each coin, so it's hard to say which one is better, but we can judge the speed and quality of their code updates. ;D

I believe Ethereum has good tech since all other ICOs are using it to be created.

Ripple has tech that is used around the globe by banks, so that says a lot too.

XSPEC if we are looking at privacy coins. And I believe 2018 privacy coins will rocket.

We can't name the best tech without context. The best tech for what? Privacy, speed, decentralization? If the tech is best for two of them, it will usually suck big time in the third.

How would you define best tech? In my opinion all of these would revolutionize the crypto - Etherium, Neo, Waves, OmiseGo. And I would like to also name
 Tezos here, only if they can keep things together.

I strongly believe ETH and Litecoin have one of the strongest techs in the market. Ripple, Verge, Waves are also good.

I think Litecoin, you can see their specifics. lately i've also seen good coins in tech, like oyster (prl), they have some nice features in tech field.

Its the best coin tech out there. But with zero marketting almost no one knows about it, or will forget it again.
But they will launch a new website soonish and a new client, making donations to the development and marketting possible. I hope that will work out.

Usage-wise, Etherium platform is the most usable at the moment since it has a coin and the tokens that are being utilized by startup companies for their ICO's.

In my opinion is AION, this is Third Generation Blockchain Network that connected between different blockchain. This is tech is first time in blockchain community and in my opinion this idea and technology will big and exploded in 2018 because the aim of the project very interesting.
