You can see at altcoin announcement sections or at everybody aignature usually there is some informations there. Also you can see at tokenbazar, tokenmarket and will come to you all tokenforus ( built by me ) maybe next week the website will be launch

Yes I can see many icos but never presales...
I bought ppp and lend and I'm happy but I cannot get in at presale!!

There is no such thing imao. Either presales are made among strategical investors or people close to owners, either they are listed here on the forum. If the ICO company desire then they only allow general public to enter ICO on the stage of general "sale" only.

So you have all rightly said, but there are also projects that allow you to go into the pre-sale  and ordinary people, but if I honestly think such projects are  pessimistic if they are already collecting money without anything

They exist but usually you have to invest much more then the general sale by factor of 10, 100 maybe a 1000.


Definatly the truth.  Startups like most of the ICO's get a sizable investment known as a seed investment,before they even start their media campaign(website, social accounts, Bitcointalk ann etc.). Pre-sale is always after this investment.

There is some ICO that allows pre-sale for "normal people"... the problem is to check that they are not scam as in pre-sale is even more difficult to evaluate the impact and the hype that the project has on people...

in these prefunds/pressales are usually allowed with amounts from 10k

There is a lot of sites that provide a lot of information regarding the pre-sale of icos. icobench, icotracker, coinschedule and there are some others site that has the similar service with it. But remember the majority of the ico project are applying KYC verification to avoid those countries are considering the icos as security. if you are not joining in their whitelist and you will never be accepted to participate in there.

I believe you are looking for what they call ICOs or Initial Coin Offerings. If you don't find any you like in the altcoin announcement section, as the other posters have said, you can always look at "ICO alert websites." You can google that phrase and find many websites that will suit your needs. If you want to go the extra mile you can also always look at reddit and crypto blogs as well.

There are some place to check the ico or presale in time. If you start in this forum, start looking in announcement service.
Like anove me said, from signature also fine but not very clear in the date. Best place to check is in any website like icorating or icobench.
