A video would be better, yes.  But if the sign was put up, and then taken down by the cops 2 minutes later, I'm still game for giving the 15 bitcoins.  So as far as I am concerned, the photo is enough.

Well, I won't be able to teach people about Bitcoin on the federal reserve's property. They would certainly throw me out and possibly have me arrested for trespassing. All I would have time for on the federal reserve property would be to take a quick picture of the sign. I would gladly teach people about bitcoin across the street from the federal reserve if enough people contributed.

Maybe.  I was also thinking about a guy getting naked with the words "Bitcoin", "Bitcoin", "Bitcoin" on his chest.  He get's within earshot of the President and yells "Bitcoin!" three times.  I don't think I have enough bitcoins for someone to do this.  It worked for BattleCam.

It is, just click on it. I posted some guys willing to do this for 5 bucks.(16 BTC) I can put down 10 BTC for the NBCS guy. Someone better get him a flier(or other promo material) he can print. Also, i am not able to pay in dollars, can someone step up and do that for us?
