Anyway still good luck to your career I know that i dont have an experience on managing a bounty but I already have a lot of experience on moderation and handling people out. In the start it is hard because no one would trust me but later on when there is already one person who will trust my potential it would be proven. As you probably already know, most project developers for ICOs are actively posting there. So having one can be a convenience to you and may even give you quite an exposure because they can view your CV directly where they usually gather.
Now in addition to having a GitHub, try also to create a Medium account. This can give you a plus factor for Medium is also commonly used as a gateway to share information for upcoming bounty campaigns or programs. If you have one, you can post about the bounty campaign you're managing or your portfolio there for others to see. I hope this suggestion will help you get more people to hire you for their project. I think being a bounty manager is too difficult since handling an ICO is hard enough specially if you are newbie in the service. But I think you can handle that since you have already prove based from your translation campaign.
