BTC amount: 0.52097303 btc Status: Paid Date/Time: 19.12 09.06 However I have received nothing to my wallet. There is no txid. Chat staff member just told me that technical staff will have a look into the situation. I have made a complaint inquiry (247198) to Exmo to have a look into this. Please, I urge any Exmo staff member to look into this situation as this is ridiculous that you can just do whatever you like with customer funds. There were same scenarios in other exchanges, completed transaction but without TX ID given and didn't receive in wallet. Consider posting in their main thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1084193.0), I saw that EXMO account has been active answering queries there recently.
