My number of posts which is shown in my profile summary is always one less than my posts which are shown in my posts list in "show the last posts of this person" section. Any one knows why is that? If i have to guess i would tell you because: You have eight posts, right? From 1 to 8. But internally (i mean the php code or whatever) it start from 0 to 7. It could be, one of your posts were removed by an admin or a moderator. If they see a post that does not meet the standard criteria of a specific topic, they sometimes remove the post. Usually the removed post is accompanied by a pm that tells you why. If you didn't receive a pm about a post removal, they could have removed an entire thread that you posted in. It'll probably sort itself out over time but it's just one post.
