Title: Luno: I'm not satisfied with Luno these days. Post by: cybersofts on December 19, 2017, 02:41:47 PM I used to enjoy Luno services for long but things started getting worse in the last few weeks. Bank withdrawals are now taking longer than expected. Luno used to have 3 times for money withdrawals in a day (09:00am, 12:00pm, and 16:00pm) but things starting to get worse because those times aren't working anymore. Does anyone experienced such issues with Luno before?

The supported coins which are BTC and ETH is both congested until now.
According to their twitter account, They are aware of the problem so contacting support is probably useless as the odds are you will get the same answer. Please note we are aware of issues related to price volatility, network congestion (and high transaction fees), ETH Instant Buy/Sell, bank delays in Nigeria, and verification delays.
