Title: What did you learn from Bitcoin?
Post by: RomanPetrush on December 19, 2017, 04:15:56 PM
For me the main lesson, is tha everything is possible. If we get in trouble, there is always something that will help. Do you remember the situation in a chess game, when you don't know which move the next have to be, and you are loosing..  You spend some time to think about the moves and after find some move that will change the game in your way.
Conclusion is that never give up and don't live in a bad mood, as we always have some move or something close to us but we just don't see that, that will help us.
We just have to be with an open mind.

Patience is the most important thing that I've learned. Not only from bitcoin but from alts as well. There are many times when the trend starts to go downward and people start to panic sell, I've learned to keep my cool in such situations, because the price has recovered eventually.

Since I started bitcoin, a lot of things change as it teaches me a lot of things in my life. What I learned most in bitcoin is to have patience. Yes, you can earn easy money here but it is still important to do a little effort and wait for a bit of time for it. It also teaches me how to manage my time. It helps me make my free time more productive than before. And specially the most is that to be wise in spending money that I earn in using bitcoin.

Yep, Patience is virtue indeed.

Believe in bitcoin, How I'd wish I Should invest more

Ignore FUDS, A dramatic turn of bitcoin, they usually appear most of the time

I learned a lot of things, before I got in touch with bitcoin I did not know anything about trade or about many business opportunities and I did not care much about technology and I also did not like social networking. not that I like it now social networks, but at least now I do not criticize people who spend hours on facebook, twitter, instagram. If someone want fresh information about world of Cryptocurrency  this person is obliged to read the news and social networks

For me the main lesson, is tha everything is possible.

this is true, but there are problems that make us lose our heads, which make us lose our hopes.

You spend some time to think about the moves and after find some move that will change the game in your way.

the person will always have to work hard if he wants something to change

No one knows the future, the market does what it wants. Even if it means going against logic, TA, FA and even physics,  BTC is something different and new.

Longtime investment is my lesson with the bitcoin investment, because for those who bought bitcoin less than 1 cent  and in a large quantity they are  multi millionaire today, if they patiently wait for this shoot up. So patient in business is what i have learnt.

I've learned to value my earnings and I had a brighter plans for my future because of bitcoin. In here, I learned how to be patient and I've learned to work hard. I've realized here that If I want to get something, then I must work for it. Being wise, patient and working hard are the keys to success. I've also learned to value my earnings to secure a better future.

What I learned from the Bitcoin is, that never ignore or reject for the new concepts, new ideas or new technologies, the best choise is discover and know about the new things probabely join/involve into the new things. If you afraid to contribute/lose too much, at least put a little bit into it. 8) 8)

Usually we think about the patience when we see the past. But we know that the past is not always right. And that's quite difficult to predict, today we won, tomorrow we loose. That's a deep philosofy. So we have to risk to achieve something, and not all the people can handle that risk and emotions they get if they loose big amout of the value, not even profit.

Patience.
If only I have that from the start I wouldve been rich by now.
Start over again with just a scratch. Maybe it will double again to a booming 40k dollars.
No more panic and no more itchy hands to trade it back to USD.
Need to wait for more then maybe I can somehow make a lot of profit.

Bitcoin taught me to think outside the box , to always look to the larger picture and try to anticipate , to always look forward and not just live by the "yolo" mentality or to look just for the next few days or months . Bitcoi has taught me that nothing can be indispensable and that if i try hard enough i'll certainly succeed , but the best thing that bitcoin taught me is : never be afraid of wild ideas , wild can often be very unique and thus fruitful .

I learnt from Bitcoin that one single idea can turn the whole world around. Who could believe back in 2000 that digital currency will be invented, and it will reach such market caps.

1. I become more educated
2. The money, the time... the huge emotional hardships on everyone connected with this case. A lot of money or poorness are test for soul and not all people can living in poorness or in richness. Good test that show all!

I have learned to think outside the box ... to look at innovation through the eyes of a child. Over the last 4 years, I have been amazed not only at the price of bitcoin and others, as well as the products that have spawned from this simple white paper. As a security researcher, I am excited to see how infosec will embrace the blockchain this next year ... all hail the start of 2018!

It seems that Bitcoin has taught a lot of people here on the forum to be patient. But that's just because now after years with the price of Bitcoin below 1K, the price has rocketed and the price is now 20 times higher, they now mention patience. However, believe in Bitcoin have made a few people very rich, or maybe they're just lucky that they kept their Bitcoins from the beginning. So, maybe following what you believe in, is something Bitcoin has taught us.

Bitcoin opened my eyes and mind and showed how bad the public money system is. After I understood how bitcoin works, I thought the public money system must be a joke and the people who use it must be sheeps. I also learned that crypto currencies are a good method to circumvent the system of exploitation and is a very good method for online gambling.

Prices can climb far further than you'd ever think possible.
On looking at bitcoin in 2013, I thought that the meteoric rise that bitcoin had already enjoyed was almost unbelievable. Going from less than $0.01 to $100 in the span of just a few years was extremely impressive, especially in an environment in which bitcoin use was a lot more limited than it is today. Yet rising adoption of the cryptocurrency and increasing difficulty in mining bitcoin helped shift supply and demand to make prices rise, and we're still seeing the positive momentum continue even with bitcoin having gone well into four-digit prices.

I have learned the basic concept of the law of demand and supply and that some situations will affect the price of anything. It is so good that I have learned those things. But the best thing I have learned in Bitcoin is being patient. Whenever Bitcoin’s price goes down, we should never lose hope for its price will increase again. We just have to hold as long as we can.

I learned from Bitcoin is like digitally paying in cash, in that you can move money online from one person to another person without using an intermediary like a bank, a credit agency, a Paypal, or a Western Union, and you can do so without attaching your identity to the payment. It’s like having your own email server and creating a different address for every message you send out.

Proper handling of accounts and stocks reading. Normally, I've been engaging in the stocks for quite a while before Bitcoin enters the picture. I normally let our broker to monitor our stocks and I do have limited knowledge on how to trade. But upon learning the nature of the Crypto world and this community I've been much more aware what's happening on my investments and gained enough information to stand alone. Though adapting in this industry is quite tough but with this community, I formulate a simple strategy that I've learned that makes a much better outcome with less hassle and/or stress. Patience is really a virtue in this industry which is really good training for a guy like me, who is a short-tempered.
