EOS It is NOT made of ETH. It is an entirely new blockchain which will be used as a platform for dAPPS (Decentralized applications) and promises to address some of ETH current issues, such as scalability. You should really read the whitepaper, I would never invest money in something I don't fully understand.

EOS is similar to Ethereum and Bitshares blockchain platform made by BitShares creator Dan Larimer. To understand fully main differences between Ethereum, Bitshares and EOS one must read whitepapers and carefully. There are many details nobody will explain you here simple 'cause there are 2 many of them.

Vitalik Buterin said that the EOS is an Etherium 2.0. But, the question arises. Why this coin has not yet been added to Bittrex and Polonieks.

Where's the posts that are talking about EOS? I don't see any of the people that are talking about that coin in 2017.

You can get the answer in their whitepaper https://github.com/EOSIO/Documentation/blob/master/TechnicalWhitePaper.md
Eos very interesting and reasonable they can get into the top 20 crypto in coinmarketcap, this is a good achievement and I am sure the team and the developers are always working hard to make his project even better.
