This fork might not make any impact on market or price, people are quite confused right now about bitcoin and all this forks. Many used to buy it for quick profit but they also lost so much bitcoin in the process before so they will not try to repeat that same mistake.

People might not buy bitcoin to just get some free b2x coin on this fork, price is actually recovering from hard dump right now. Don't expect any pump because of this...

Whose team is going to deliver on this promise? Seems a move to defraud the community again and raise BTC prices again.

it's nothing to do with the original plan. it's a bunch of random assholes who've taken the name and stuck it on their project. any one of you could do the exact same thing. in fact what's stopping you? launch before them and use their free publicity.

The next fork will not have a negative effect on bitcoin. I think that there will be another coin that will be sold immediately after it is in traders' wallets))

Hard fork always advertise a much better coin but in the end the market still choose to have bitcoin I think even if we meet a lot of fork in the comings years bitcoin will still remain at the top unless it will lose it's value permanently while other alts will go much higher and prove to be much better. I'll just watch how these fork will affect if they can the bitcoin market

There are a lot better altcoins than bitcoin but bitcoin will always be no1 just because he was the 1st. Right now when BTC costs more and more, transactions together with him costs more and more. Right now if someone new would like to buy for example btc for 100$ he will pay like 10-20$ just for transfer... If btc core won't change it then for sure there will be some coin that will be only for transfers.

Not a joke mate, although the announcement on the website is not updated yet, but it is confirmed from the official sources that it is going to held on 28th December,2017. You can check it by yourself, this announcement about reschedule of fork has been made few days back.

oh here's the drama coming again, bitcoin drop dramatically these past few days, then following segwit2x announcement to pump again bitcoin for free coins. It's my theory and opinion , Ever since forks happening bitcoin volatility somehow controlled by greedy individuals own agenda of course it's money. Let be bitcoin , bitcoin if you want a better coin then I guess 1 fork is enough or might as well introduce a new revolutionary crypto currency that can solve bitcoins short comings and problems.

this is not the same SegWit2x which was simply a 2 MB hard fork to increase the capacity 2 times, and all the miners and a lot of services agreed to it.

this is a new shitcoin which is using the same name to confuse people into buying it and it seems like it has been successful too.
they are also adding a hidden premine to it in order to make some money too. ;)

Interestingly, because of SegWit2x on exchanges now is going wild panic? I think that's why. Suffice it to recall the last attempt.

Seg2X will change the game. Bitcoin cash is only 8x of bitcoin but seg2x will really help to network.
I have 4 transactions for 9 days and still pending.

Bitcoin surely needs to deal with its transaction issues.

We still need to solve the scaling issue in case anyone has noticed, but I dont know if this is how it should be done.

I'm already tired of listening about forks and segwit2x. These technical features of the development of blockchain technology are not of interest to users. Many people including me just want bitcoin to become fast and cheap again

Do not count on it. Scam of the year! I am very sure this is someone who is really at loss after buying a lot of B2X futures and then looking for a way out. If I were you, I will rather stay away. Obviously these set of guys are just some different and random guys with nothing much to tell about them. The main B2X is long gone and what you are seeing now is a scam.

This is a welcome development because from what we were told Segwit2X will help upgrade Bitcoin by increasing the network block size thereby reducing transactions fee to minimum and making transaction moves faster. I think my major concern here is the improvement process and not B2X benefits because this whole issue has been a political one. Let us believe it works out because there are some level of uncertainty and doubt about the achievement of this goal.

Its going to be a shit coin and a quick way for the developers to earn some hard cash. Not going to help the commmunity,copy paste of bitcoin's code and what else? People will start begging for free money yet again and this won't be the last of the forks we are going to see.

This seems to be a year of bitcoin hardforks, but if achieved, this version of Segwit2X as claimed allows for DAPPs to be developed on it, so will be interesting to see how that pans out.

So with the beginning of the new year again we do have another fork happening. Now are they a good sign or bad because if too many fork happens can it impact the btc since the transaction fees and confirmation days are very high.?

Also any idea about what could be a listing price of the coin if fork happens today?

Is this the same segwit2x planned earlier or another team coming up with another fork,there are many forks with bitcoin and it looks like everyone can fork their own coin and can have a valuation and make a good amount of money,no ICO nothing just fork the coin and make money just like that,what a new way on how to make money.  ;D
