I'd know if a specific guy could be entitled to get one. He created an altcoin and later admitted than all altcoins are the "world's largest Ponzi scheme". He also said several times he badly needed money. This clearly seems to fit the definition of scam. Is there a thread in Scam Accusations about him? If not, that would probably be a good place to start to have all info compiled in one place.
