There will be times I will need btc, and times I will need cash. This post will have what I am currently looking for listed below. Edit: OP is not sending first.. hence that he traded with a person with a neg feedback because he has scammed. I requested escrow and he stopped messaging me.. Once he made that claim, I decided to walk away. I never once said escrow was out of the question.
Also, to be clear, the other deal was made before I even talked to Tiger, and the other person went first. In my experience, it is pretty damn hard for someone to send me BTC, then scam me out of it once it has some confirmations. I have reason to believe that this Tiger is not the Tiger he claims to be on OTC, but I do not use OTC, so I can't be sure.
