Hi,
just confusing with reviews ,I did research on websites and shop for digital currencies exchange center such as BitCoin and ETC and  I could not find any positive reviews on those websites or shops,
and the rest they have high level of commission , I don't want to talk about them, but please let me know which place is safe and we can buy and sell it in Canada?
I did purchase in Coinbase.com and  then realized can not resell them in Canada, Coinbase did not tell me that before purchase.
Please let me know where I can get in Canada and which websites you are recommending to me , thanks for your help.

The only option I can think of now is to try peer to peer site depending on the availability in Canada. The ones I know are localbitcoin and paxful either one should be available in your end. Another is to try exchange sites that accepts fiat deposit and withdrawal and with that you can be sure that you will get your funds wired to you. But what I am not sure you can do without is fees which varies across exchange site.

Any Crypto exchange  can exchange other coins for bitcoin. That is, sell an altcoin to get BTC except that you wish to buy with your local currency. If you have to get help from anyone on this, it has to be someone trusted so you don't loss your fiat and loss your coins too

I think if you have a visa or master debit card or credit card you can buy bitcoins online on some exchange site like binance.
The debit card will be a good option to buy directly from exchange site than buying coins through a bank I advised you stay away from other newbie comments here there is some newbie is trying to scam you so beware.
