Post by: keepfighting on December 20, 2017, 09:30:54 AM
Hello

I registered on Kraken, but it does not allow me to validate the account, can someone help here. Or please suggest me another exchange for Europe/Germany.

I use bitstamp and all is working fine for me. But don't know what kind of problem you have with validation on Kraken. Bitstamp also wants to validate you.

Depends on your home country, with germans it works, with canadians apparently not ...

Thereīs a lot of international exchanges you can use from germany. It may depend on the deposits you want to make at first. For example, Iīve registered on cryptopia a few days ago and the verification process was really fast. Itīs an exchance from new zealand (cryptopia.co.nz) but I didnīt need to deposit euros or dollars.

You could also try bitcoin.de. Itīs more a kind of marketplace where you can buy your coins directly from other users.

Another, very easy way to trade Bitcoins and some others is the Waves DEX. Very low trading fees! You can also deposit USD or other currencies but you also need a verification for that and I havenīt tried that yet.

Will link you some, ofc depending on type of serviece and means of payment price can vary, do note that bitcoin has a bit higher fees at the moment which don't make it number one choice to use it, untill thats sorts out.

Here are some places: https://localbitcoins.com/ , https://cex.io/, https://www.bitcoin.de/,  https://www.bitpanda.com/ , https://bitsane.com/ , https://www.bitstamp.net/ , https://anycoindirect.eu/ , https://paxful.com/

I like localbitcoins , bitcoin.de and paxful tbh, price rate might not be the best but for privacy purpose. They act as middleman to pair you with people to do p2p trades, chose reputable seller/buyer and you should be fine, coins are in escrow + you can ask them for support if needed.

Cryptopia doesn't offer fiat trading to my knowledge, they are more like an exchange between cryptocurrencies in general.

You don't have to search via country there, you can search for SEPA transfers, moneygram/WU (expensive!) or any other method. If you care for goverment to track you, use simple VPN
