You start by working properly and being honest. However, if you are advertising yourself as "trustworthy" at your start, then you are everything but honest. Now, if you can't be honest about something as simple as that, how can anyone trust that you'd be honest when it comes to something much more important? :-X

So where is your coder, designer, etc. that are mentioned. And how in the world would you consider yourself proven or trustworthy with no history? The only things you've done in the past is try to steal others work and attempt to benefit.
