Kraken exchange is been used mostly on European countries only. For the investors looking to convert the bitcoin to cash in any place. They have to use the localbitcoins.com They will have some deposit when you are transferring the bitcoins to LBC wallet This is excluding the transaction fees.

Your suggestion will not work on every exchanges. Dude, kindly ignore posting the dead thread. It may makes the moderators to delete your post. May be mine too get deleted.
Hope you understand will not repeat back.

Wouldn't do that for few reasons.
First of all, unlike cash you need to pay here taxes and probably a lot more then just taxes if you are buying from a foreign country.

Not only that, if you are a foreign customer you are also taking the risk that the package will be place on held by the local authorities, and you probably won't get any refund from the company who issued the gold.

And the 3rd point is that you can't really know if the gold you are receiving is real, and as far as I checked out it doesn't come with any document that proves the authenticate of the gold.
Stay away.

Hi, I tried to understand how to deal on gatehub, was able to find BTC/XAU exchange page, the gap between bid and ask is so large (like 30% of the price). To make sue I understood it correct, it's written now BTC/XAU=210.52 - so it means 1 btc is 210.52 grams of gold, correct?  Also, in faq section it is written that gold bars can be picked up in your office in Lubljana, Slovenia - it is true?

The 10 g gold bars can be picked up from our office in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Europe.

With regards to the redemption process: As of March 21 8 pm (CET+1) there are the following sell orders on RCL for XAU / EUR pair: 10 XAU for 37.00 Eur each. By placing the buy order you would buy 10 XAU for 370 Eur and redeem for a 10 g physical gold bar.

If you would buy the same bar from Commerzbank you would end up paying 371 Eur.

No; XAURUM is an ERC-20 token. We are not associated with XAURUM team. They are using a so called "melting process" destroying XAUR and receiving the quantity of gold determined by xaurum ratio at the time of melting.

Our process is easy and simple: buy XAU using BTC; ETH, BCH, etc. and redeem physical gold.

We are a publicly listed company. Our stock is listed on Vienna Stock Exchange under BPGR.

Ripple enables the transformation of physical gold into a fluid and modern digital asset. We are responsible for adding the digital representation of the gold to the RCL. We operate on a 100% backed basis. We assign 1 g of gold bullion to every single XAU.

If you are using a Gatehub wallet, choose XAU and start buying XAU. Minimum redemption amount is 10 XAU = 10 g in its multiples (e.g. 10 g, 20 g, 30 g, etc.). We will Fedex you a Good Delivery bar.

If you have are using any other Ripple wallet, you will have to establish a trustline and start buying XAU. (BPG.XAU cold wallet: rcoef87SYMJ58NAFx7fNM5frVknmvHsvJ).

Yes, if you decide to sell your gold bars, you can do so.

With regard to the bitcoin fees - it really depends on the XAU / crypto rates. As of March 21 9.21 pm (CET + 1) the exchange rate is 0.00472 BTC for 1 XAU on Ripple. If you check BitStamp - 1 BTC is 7,233 EUR at the time of writing so you end up paying 34,11 Eur for 1 XAU.

The spot price for 1 g physical gold is 34,72 Eur. This would result in a profit of 1.78%.
